1:1 AI Implementation: Terms of Purchase
Provided by SoRogue Media ("SoRogue," "we," "us"). By completing this purchase, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

1. What's included. Four 60-minute 1:1 calls over four weeks, a Team Capacity Diagnostic, weekday support in a private Slack channel (replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), one check-in call two weeks after your fourth call, and 3 months of access to the Now Hiring course, starting on your purchase date.

2. Start date and scheduling. Calls begin the week of November 2, 2026, or later. You book calls through the link provided. Calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A call missed without notice is forfeited. All calls, including the check-in, must be used within 3 months of your purchase date.

3. Payment. You can pay in full or in 2 monthly payments. Choosing the payment plan is a commitment to the full program price. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, calls, Slack support and course access are paused until your account is current.

4. No refunds. All sales are final. Because course access and program materials are delivered immediately at purchase, no refunds, partial refunds or credits are given, including for unused calls or support.

5. Course access. Now Hiring access ends automatically 3 months after your purchase date. Course materials, lessons and skill templates are the intellectual property of SoRogue Media, licensed for use in your own business only. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute them.

6. Your work stays yours. Skills, files and systems you create in your own Claude account and tools during the program belong to you, and you keep them after your access ends.

7. Third-party tools. You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions, including Claude, Google Drive, Slack and any other tools you connect. SoRogue does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their outages, pricing or feature changes.

8. Results. This program provides education and implementation support. Results depend on your participation and follow-through, and are not guaranteed. Nothing in the program is legal, financial, tax or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything AI produces before you use it.

9. Confidentiality. We keep your business information private and use it only to deliver your program. You agree not to share private program materials or other clients' information.

10. Conduct. We reserve the right to end the program without refund if a client is abusive or misuses program materials.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
